Ivy’s Reserve Vintage Cheddar is the world’s first carbon neutral Cheddar. Ivy’s gets its name from Ivy Clothier, the creator of the recipe and matriarch of the family that produces and runs Wyke Farms today. The cheese is made with 100% green energy using electricity and gas sourced from solar power and biogas generated from the farm and dairy waste.
